Crimson was not a part of any story I've done prior to this.  I was looking for someone (not an existing villain) who I wouldn't miss if I killed them off.  (Oops, did I give it away?)  Just like in the X-Men just because you die doesn't mean you can't come back. . again. . .and again. . and again.
